A.S Faizullin - First Headmaster of the Academic school from 1955 to 1984. Honoured Teacher of the RSFSR, Honoured Employee of Education of the USSR, holder of the Order of the Red Banner and the Badge of Honour.

A.G. Sadykova - Headmistress of the Academic school from 1984 to 2004. Honoured Employee of the Public Education of the RSFSR, Honoured Teacher of the Republic of Bashkortostan, holder of the Order of Friendship of Nations.

I.P. Kiekbaeva - Headmistress of the Academic school since 2005. Honored Employee of General Education of the RF, Regional winner of the Russian-American English teachers` competition, holder of a diploma of the City competition "The Best Teacher of the Schoolyear".
